Retrofit Coordinators PAS2030 Consultancy

We have been working with a number of installation companies for a number of years helping them achieve their PAS2030 accreditation, we have found that gaining PAS2030 is not enough, as a result, we have a unique PAS2030 consultancy service that can be tailored to meet your business needs, from a 1-day review to a whole package including QMS, professional discussion, site audit and beyond.

PAS2030 Consultancy

What makes us different from other consultants is the ongoing support that we offer installers once they have achieved their accreditation.

We follow a simple process that we are finding is very effective for clients new to PAS2030:

  1. Desktop Audit – we will prepare the suite of documents required to pass the desktop audit using our preferred QMS suppliers Trade Engines, we can however work with Easy Green Deal.
  2. Site audit – we encourage the installer to first produce a compliant suite of documents with our support and supervision
  3. The fourth stage we offer is a review of the site audit documents, recommend areas for improvement and ensure the documents are fully compliant and ready for the site visit
  4. We offer an additional half-day training if we feel that the admin team have not understood the PAS2030 process, included in our initial consultancy fee.
  5. 6-month internal audit of at least 5 jobs to ensure clients are still fully compliant.

½ day of training for the administration team covering all of the documents produced for the desktop audit, the training will include:

  • An overview of PAS2030/2035
  • The different roles within Domestic Retrofit
  • What does a PAS2030-compliant job look like
  • A full explanation of each of the documents from Retrofit Assessment to Handover, using the documents produced for the desktop audit as examples

We have found that during our day-to-day relationships with retrofit installers, whether they are working to ECO4 or SHDF compliance, often the software being used does not meet the criteria of PAS2030, we offer the below process for established installers:

  1. Desktop review of their current suite of documents
  2. Gap analysis and full report, covering the positives and the negatives, allowing an opportunity to improve
  3. ½ day training where required
  4. 6-month internal audit of at least 5 jobs to ensure clients are fully compliant

We will provide an extra level of security for your PAS2030 certification process, saving you time and potentially money.

It also prohibits the issue of
