Technical monitoring is an essential tool for all retrofit installers, helping you identify any opportunities for improvement whilst ensuring that you remain PAS2030 / ECO compliant throughout the year.
Retrofit Coordinators UK provide comprehensive simple to follow ECO Technical Monitoring and compliance audits (mid and post-installation inspections) for all fabric measures, heating measures and low & Zero carbon technologies, our aim is to become a trusted partner of your business helping you achieve the best practice.
We have many years of industry experience built over a number of years of installing EEMs, project managing schemes and working with UKAS-accredited certification bodies.
We will complete six monthly desktop audits and complete 10% onsite C2 or C3 technical monitoring helping you achieve full compliance for both your QMS and installation processes.

PAS 2035:2019
PAS 2035:2019 is the overarching British Framework for Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency.
It provides specification, guidance and process for the installation of energy efficiency measures to existing domestic buildings, and details best practice guidance for Assessors, Coordinators Designers and Installers.
What makes PAS 2035 different, is the approach to the retrofit process which is considered to be fabric first, whole house retrofit. Level 3 Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Properties
