PAS 2035:2019
PAS 2035:2019 is the overarching British Framework for Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency.
It provides specification, guidance and process for the installation of energy efficiency measures to existing domestic buildings, and details best practice guidance for Assessors, Coordinators Designers and Installers.
What makes PAS 2035 different, is the approach to the retrofit process which is considered to be fabric first, whole house retrofit. This process considers the home energy performance, environment, occupancy, property condition and the householders’ improvement objectives when determining the most suitable energy efficiency measures to install. Level 5 Diploma Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
Level 3 Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Properties
The new professional roles are:
