Sales Director

highly recommend Alex Leighton for their exceptional job as coordinator. He consistently coordinates my tasks efficiently and in timely manner. He is incredibly diligent in addressing any errors promptly, which has significantly contributed to speeding up our cash flow. Their attention to detail and quick response time have been instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing productivity. confidently endorse Alex Leighton for any coordinating role, as their professionalism and dedication make them an invaluable asset to any team.

Gary Rivett

Alex is very knowledgeable tutor who is clearly passionate about retrofit and that comes across in his teaching. He has worked on freelance basis for the academy over number of years and has mentored many new people into the industry, supported course development and assessment

Branch Manager

Retrofit coordinators are an absolute pleasure to work with,

Alex and his team have guided and advised Dodd Group with the initially rather complicated PAS2030/2025 processes.

With Alex’s support we were up and running in the world of PAS within a matter of weeks, we have now successfully delivered many projects.

Alex has introduced Dodd Group to new clients and we look forward to working with retrofit coordinators for many years to come.

PAS 2035:2019 is the overarching British Framework for Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency.

It provides specification, guidance and process for the installation of energy efficiency measures to existing domestic buildings, and details best practice guidance for Assessors, Coordinators Designers and Installers.

What makes PAS 2035 different, is the approach to the retrofit process which is considered to be fabric first, whole house retrofit.  This process considers the home energy performance, environment, occupancy, property condition and the householders’ improvement objectives when determining the most suitable energy efficiency measures to install. It also prohibits the issue of
